Terms of Service
SynCal is provided to help users manage contacts, organize communication, and send scheduled or user-initiated SMS messages.
1. License & Acceptable Use
By using SynCal, you agree not to use the platform for spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, illegal advertising, unauthorized bulk messaging, or any activity prohibited by applicable laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app strictly in accordance with these terms.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through SynCal and for ensuring that recipients have been contacted lawfully.
3. Limitations of Liability
SynCal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not responsible for message delivery failures, carrier restrictions, device limitations, network outages, missed scheduled messages, or user-generated content.
4. Termination
Abuse of the application or violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
Privacy & Data Handling
SynCal is designed with transparency and minimal data collection in mind. We only request access to information required for core functionality.
What We Collect & Use
- Contact information is used solely for contact management, synchronization, recipient selection, and messaging features.
- Message content is processed only for features you initiate and is never sold to third parties.
- We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve SynCal services.
We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly share personal data with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
